This is a 8 week program designed to help you gain muscle mass and burn extra body fat. This program is not for anyone who is scale focused. This will increase the scale due to muscle mass increasing. You will be working out 5 days a week. Week 1 is designed to be a "Test week" and week 8 is the same test week for you to see how much progress you made!
