This program is created to help you burn body fat and build that lean toned muscle you've been wishing for. Everyone struggles with figuring out what to do at the gym. Walking around feeling awkward and like you don't belong there because you're confused. Well... I am here to help you stay consistent and not have to worry about what you can do at the gym!. This 8 week program incorporates HIIT, upper and lower body days. You'll be working out 3x per week.
